How long does it take to get my order?
Every piece is 3D printed to order in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days to print and prepare your order, plus delivery time (usually 3–7 business days depending on your location).
How do I care for a 3D-printed piece?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking in water and keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent warping.
Do you do bulk orders, e.g. for weddings or return gifts?
Yes — email us at nairbzoom@gmail.com with the occasion, quantity and date you need them by, and we'll help you plan it.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
Can I customise a piece (colour, name, packaging)?
Some pieces offer colour options at checkout. For custom personalisation requests, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
